Introducing the printing machine

How to use the printing machine

• Ready to work:

1. Clean the work surface and the required tools, and place the items in the specified position;

2. Choose the stencil according to the product model

3. Stir the naturally placed Desen solder paste with a solder paste mixing knife for 2-3 minutes or use a solder paste mixer to stir the flux evenly;

4. The PCB received must be baked in an oven before use, and the temperature of the oven is adjusted to 100°C for 2-3 minutes

• Operating:

1. Carry out the pre-operation inspection and start-up work according to the operating regulations;

2. Put the PCB (PCB deformation can not meet the need to add a pallet during production) on the loading frame;

3. Place the screen on the printing machine in the direction pointed by the arrow on the screen;

4. Select the corresponding printing program according to the produced product, enter the adjustment mode to perform screen calibration, and debug the printing state;

5. Printing adjustment: adjust the printing speed, pressure and angle to make the amount of solder paste printed on the PCB pads uniform;

6. The first piece needs to be confirmed by the technician, and mass produced after being qualified;

7. Every 30 printed boards need to be inspected by an inspector, and then sent to the placement machine after being qualified;

8. After the operation is completed, remove the screen and clean it, shut it down according to the operating rules, and clean the work surface
