Reflow soldering
Reflow soldering technology is no stranger in the field of electronic manufacturing. The components on all kinds of boards used in our computers are welded to the circuit board through this process. The inside of this equipment has a heating circuit, which heats air or nitrogen to a sufficiently high temperature and blows to the circuit board that has been pasted, so that the solder on both sides of the components melts and binds to the main board.
